web hosting plan carries a 30-day money back
guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied
with our services within the first 30 days of
service activation, you will be given a full
refund of the contract amount excluding setup
fees and overages. Setup fees are only
refundable if the account order is cancelled
prior to activation. |

This policy does not apply to any
additional services such as overages and
extra disk space, etc. Also not
included are Domain Registrations,
Web Development charges or SSL
Certificates.
No
refunds are available after 30 days.
All cancellations must be received in
writing as per the deadlines indicated;
regular mail, e-mail and fax
notifications are acceptable. Phone
requests and e-mail from addresses not
on our records will not constitute
acceptance of any cancellation.
Accounts cancelled/terminated by
ForteHosting.com that are in violation
of our
Terms of Use do not qualify for the
30-day money back guarantee. Example
include accounts that are cancelled due
to customer practicing spamming or found
tampering with server resources; no
refunds are issued.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for refunds to be processed by us for
credit card, check or money order
payments. Additional processing
fee may apply to process wire transfer
or TT refunds. |
